Lansdale Update on COVID-19
Following the latest announcement from the government, Lansdale has reviewed the situation and can confirm that we can continue to remain OPEN to process orders whilst still following the latest restrictions that have been set in place.
We will be working limited hours as needed in the office/warehouse to ensure we can continue to dispatch orders, whilst keeping the social distance required. We remind all customers that we are unable to welcome any visitors during this time.
The NHS has stated that it’s very unlikely that COVID-19 can be spread through packages, and we have taken steps to ensure that customers and our courier can continue to feel safe collecting and receiving parcels. DPD are no longer asking customers to sign their handheld units and instead the drivers will sign it on your behalf. They will record the consignees name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit. DPD provide a 1-hour Delivery window on the day of delivery, and if you would prefer a contact less delivery, you can request a safe-place delivery option with them, either through the text or email they will send you before delivery.
All our staff will continue to follow increased cleaning precautions to protect themselves and our customers.

What are the postage charges?
To UK Mainland & BFPO addresses:
To Northern Ireland & Other UK Offshore & Highland Destinations:
The Standard Delivery charge to these destinations is £14.50 (This includes postcodes staring with BT, IM, GY, JE, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, TR, AB & FK). Standard Delivery will be sent either by 1st Class Royal Mail or 2 Day Courier, and we estimate you should receive your order from 2-10 working days. For small orders (items weighing under 2kg when packed), a discount may be refunded off these charges at our discretion.
Delivery charges to Europe are set between £16.00 to £27.00 per order, depending on the destination Country. Simply add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart to get a quote for your country. For small orders (items weighing under 2kg when packed), a discount may be refunded off these charges at our discretion.
To the USA, Canada & Australia:
A flat rate of £28.00 to the USA, Canada & Australia is charged per order. This covers parcels weighing up to 2kg. For small orders (items weighing under 1kg when packed), a discount may be given off these charges at our discretion. For larger orders (items weighing over 2kg when packed), additional postage charges will apply & we will contact you before processing your order for dispatch. To help lower the postage charges for you, some items may be removed from their outer packaging (ie: boots removed from their outer box) then re-packed to ensure the parcel weighs under the 2kg limit.
Which courier do you use?
We use both the Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) & DPD (www.dpd.co.uk), and occasionally other budget couriers.
Does my order qualify to be VAT Free?
Orders that are being delivered to an address in the USA, Canada or Australia are VAT Free. The VAT price is automatically calculated at the checkout stage once you have selected your country & will be discounted from the total.
Orders that are being delivered to a valid BFPO address, or the Channel Islands are also VAT Free. The VAT price is automatically calculated at the checkout stage once you have selected delivery to either United Kingdom (BFPO Addresses only) or United Kingdom (Channel Islands only) & will be discounted from the total.
Can I return my product for a refund?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 14 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund for the product(s) you have purchased credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. Please note that goods must be returned in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags still attached, along with a note of your original order details.
My product doesn't fit, can I exchange the size?
If the item you have purchased doesn't fit, you are very welcome to return to us within 14 days to request a different size. Exchanges will be posted to you free of charge (this applies to UK mainland & BFPO addresses only, additional charges may apply to other destinations), but it is your responsibility to return the original product to us. Please note that goods must be returned in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags still attached, along with a note of your original order details.
