This two Fold binder with a soft/floppy plastic outer, fitted with 2 x 20mm high capacity 6 ring mechanism, with internal pockets & a full clear pocket on the front.

They are widely used in the Army and by the Forces to store the waterproof TAMS orders sheets or Rite-in-the-Rain paper.
