Important Delivery Update – Royal Mail Delays
We are currently experiencing delays with Royal Mail due to backlogs at several sorting centres across the UK. This is affecting the dispatch and delivery times of some orders.
While most parcels are still arriving safely, delivery may take longer than usual. If you need your order quickly, we strongly recommend selecting an upgraded delivery service at checkout for a faster and more reliable experience.

What are the postage charges?
ORDERS OVER £60.00 - Choice of:

- Express Delivery (Estimated 1-2 Days) for £3.95

- Express Delivery (Estimated 1-2 Days) for £6.95
- NEXT-DAY Delivery will be sent via Express 24 ParcelForce or Royal Mail Special Delivery, with Estimate Delivery of 1 Day (Delivery Times are Not Guaranteed) and is available for Stock items only.
- Express Delivery will normally be sent by a 24 Courier or Royal Mail Tracked 24, with Estimate Delivery of 1-2 Working Days (Delivery Times are Not Guaranteed)
- Supersaver & Saver Delivery will normally be sent through the Royal Mail 48 or a 48 Courier Service (sometimes a budget courier), with Estimate Delivery 3-5 working days (Delivery Times are Not Guaranteed)
We normally dispatch same day (Monday to Friday Only) for orders placed before 10am. For orders placed between 10am and 1pm, we will always try our best to dispatch the same day, but cannot guarantee. After 1pm will be dispatched next working day. Latest dispatch will be next working day (Orders placed after 10am on Friday, and on Saturday and Sunday are normally dispatched on Monday, excluding Bank Holidays).
Note: Couriers only deliver on Mondays to Fridays (but sometimes do deliver Saturday & Sunday, but these days are not guaranteed).
To Northern Ireland & Other UK Offshore & Highland Destinations:
Enter your postcode at the checkout to see available delivery options. We offer free saver delivery to most postcodes within the UK, or Express Delivery for an additional charge (This includes postcodes staring with BT, IM, GY, JE, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, TR, AB & FK). Express Delivery will be sent either by Tracked Royal Mail or 2 Day Courier, and we estimate you should receive your order from 2-5 working days.
To Europe:
Delivery charges to Europe are set between £16.00 to £34.00 per order, depending on the destination Country. Simply add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart to get a quote for your country. For small orders (items weighing under 2kg when packed), a discount may be refunded off these charges at our discretion.
Please note that our delivery charges do not include any import duty or taxes that may be applied by the Country the order is being delivered to. Any duties/taxes that need to be paid are the responsibility of the recipient and the courier will contact you directly before delivery to confirm these. Unfortunately Lansdale has no control over the length of time a customs department may take to process parcels, or the amount of taxes/duty charged.
To the USA, Canada & Australia:
A flat rate to the Canada & Australia is charged per order. This covers parcels weighing up to 2kg. For small orders (items weighing under 500g when packed), a discount may be given off these charges at our discretion. For larger orders (items weighing over 2kg when packed), additional postage charges will apply & we will contact you before processing your order for dispatch. To help lower the postage charges for you, some items may be removed from their outer packaging (ie: boots removed from their outer box) then re-packed to ensure the parcel weighs under the 2kg limit.
Important Shipping Update – USA Orders
Due to changes in United States import rules effective from 29 August 2025, we are unfortunately unable to ship orders to the USA at this time.
From this date, the $800 duty-free allowance (known as the de minimis exemption) has been removed. All parcels, regardless of value, are now subject to US customs duties that must be prepaid by the sender. As a small business, we are unable to absorb or manage these additional costs and processes.
We have therefore taken the difficult decision to suspend all USA orders until further notice.
We apologise to our American customers and thank you for your understanding.

Which courier do you use?
We use both the Royal Mail & ParcelForce. Occasionally we will use other budget couriers.
Does my order qualify to be VAT Free?
Orders that are being delivered to an address in the USA, Canada or Australia are VAT Free. The VAT price is automatically calculated at the checkout stage once you have selected your country & will be discounted from the total.
Orders that are being delivered to a valid BFPO address, or the Channel Islands are also VAT Free. The VAT price is automatically calculated at the checkout stage once you have selected delivery to either United Kingdom (BFPO Addresses only) or United Kingdom (Channel Islands only) & will be discounted from the total.
