Our Machinery & Production Capabilities

At Rymac, we operate a range of specialist machinery that allows us to manufacture high-quality PVC and custom stationery products in-house. Our equipment enables efficient production runs, precision finishing, and flexible manufacturing for both small and large orders.

High Frequency (HF) Welding

  • Automatic HF Welding Machine – 700 × 500 mm

  • Large Tray HF Welding Machine – 1200 × 600 mm

  • Small Tray HF Welding Machine – 700 × 500 mm

  • HF Foot Welders – Ideal for smaller runs and specialist assemblies

HF welding provides strong, clean, and durable welds for PVC products such as binders, pockets, folders, and covers.

Cutting & Converting

  • Die Cutting Press – 300 × 450 mm cutting area

  • Industrial Guillotine Cutting

Our cutting equipment can process a wide range of materials including:

  • PVC and plastics

  • Cardboard and board

Printing & Finishing
