The item will be chosen at random - subject to stock availability. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on the free surprise gift. Limited to 1 free gift per order (If multiples are added to your cart, they will be cancelled). Can I return my product for a refund?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 30 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund for the product(s) you have purchased credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. Please note that goods must be returned in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags still attached, along with a note of your original order details. 

My product doesn't fit, can I exchange the size?

If the item you have purchased doesn't fit, you are very welcome to return to us within 30 days to request a different size. Exchanges will be posted to you free of charge (this applies to UK mainland & BFPO addresses only, additional charges may apply to other destinations), but it is your responsibility to return the original product to us. Please note that goods must be returned in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags still attached, along with a note of your original order details.
