Can I return my product for a refund?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 14 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund for the product(s) you have purchased credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. Please note that goods must be returned in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags still attached, along with a note of your original order details.
My product doesn't fit, can I exchange the size?
If the item you have purchased doesn't fit, you are very welcome to return to us within 14 days to request a different size. Exchanges will be posted to you free of charge (this applies to UK mainland & BFPO addresses only, additional charges may apply to other destinations), but it is your responsibility to return the original product to us.
